These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of mobile applications (“Apps”) published under the developer accounts of Apic Ways DOO and Kidify (together referred to as “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By downloading, installing, or using Our Apps, You agree to these Terms. If You do not agree, please do not use Our Apps.

1.1 Developer Accounts & Legal Entities:
– Apic Ways DOO, registered at Nikole Ljubibratića bb, Herceg Novi, Montenegro.
– Kidify, operated by Vadim Shilov pr Beograd, registered at Jurija Gagarina 231, Belgrade (Novi Beograd), Serbia.

1.2 Collaboration:*
Both legal entities participate in the development, publication, and maintenance of the Apps available on the App Store, Google Play and other platforms.

2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 You must be at least 13 years old to use Our Apps. If You are under the age of 18, You must obtain parental or guardian consent.
2.2 Residents of certain countries may be subject to additional restrictions based on local laws.

3. USER ACCOUNTS
3.1 You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your login credentials.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
4.1 All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property within Our Apps are owned by Apic Ways DOO and Kidify or licensed to them.
4.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of Our Apps without prior written consent.

5. RESTRICTIONS & ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree NOT to:
– Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
– Use the Apps for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
– Copy, modify, or distribute the Apps without permission.
– Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code.

6. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
6.1 Certain Apps may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or one-time payments. All payments are processed via third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store).
6.2 You acknowledge that subscription fees may be automatically renewed unless canceled.
6.3 Refund policies are subject to the terms set by the App Store and Google Play.

7. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
7.1 We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Russia’s Federal Law on Personal Data, and China’s Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL).

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

11.2 Users in the EU may resolve disputes through the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
11.3 Users in Russia and China may be subject to specific local regulations regarding dispute resolution.

12.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in Our Apps or on Our official websites.
12.2 Continued use of the Apps after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
